VANCOUVER, B.C., The Vancouver Canucks, in conjunction with the National Hockey League, released their 2006-07 pre-season schedule today. The Canucks open the pre-season on the road, facing their Northwest Division adversaries, the Calgary Flames, on Tuesday, September 19, 2006 at 6:00pm PT. Following a three-game road schedule the first Canucks home game in the pre-season will see Vancouver play host to the Anaheim Ducks on Sunday, September 24, 2006 at 5:00pm PT at General Motors Place.

Canucks fans will have the opportunity to watch four pre-season games at home prior to the commencement of the 2006-07 season. The Canucks will play a total of eight games in the pre-season, all against Western Conference opponents: Calgary (2), San Jose (2), Anaheim (2), Edmonton (2).

TICKET INFORMATION:
The Canucks sold out all 41 regular season home games last year and have capped their season ticket base at 17,000 for the upcoming season. To place your name on the Ticket Priority List for ticket packages that become available, please call 604-899-GOAL or 1-888-ORCABAY.
